Policies and Procedures

Session fee is due at the time of your booking to reserve your session and your session is not confirmed until payment is made.

Session fee covers time & talent of your photographer and your viewing appointment. All images are to be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule any appointments. Need to reschedule? We understand things come up and sometimes a date no longer works, so we’re happy to make the change for you. Just email us to make any changes. The reschedule fee of $100 will apply. When you select an appointment time, we block off those hours to work with you, thus turning away people interested in having an appointment that day. Failure to give any notice/no shows will result in forfeiture of your session fee. Those who pre purchase specials will be given ONE time/date to reschedule, should you require a second reschedule, you will will forfeit your session and be required to pay another full session fee payment to reschedule.

Your viewing time is scheduled exclusively for you, if you cannot make your appointment please call to reschedule. If you fail to show up to your viewing there will be a $100 fee to reschedule.

Due to the nature of custom products all sales are final.

Your artwork will be ready in approximately 6-8 weeks from your viewing time when items are paid in full. If you are on a payment plan, products will be ready 4-6 weeks after your last payment.

If there is a deadline please discuss this with us and every effort will be made for you, rush fees may apply.

Prices are at current pricing structure and may change without notice.

No other cameras/phones/recording equipment allowed during the session unless given prior permission by the photographer.

Only the person being photographed may be at the session. If you want to bring a friend, please let me know and we can discuss.

We have the right to cancel a session at anytime if there is any harassments, bad behavior etc Please do not consume any alcohol on the day of your session.
